We represent companies in civil proceedings, as plaintiffs or defendants, and treat each dispute as a business decision: before filing a lawsuit or defending one, the company knows the risk, the likely cost and how long the case may take.

Debt collection and credit recovery. We handle out-of-court and judicial collection from defaulting customers, through formal notice, protest, collection action, summary proceedings or enforcement, depending on the document the company holds. In enforcement, we use the tools for locating and freezing assets, such as Sisbajud.

Defense in civil lawsuits. We defend the company in claims for damages, consumer claims, contract termination disputes and other civil matters, from the defense to the appeals.

Settlements. When a settlement is the best way out, we negotiate and draft its terms with guarantees of performance.

Prevention. We adjust contracts, terms of sale and collection procedures so that the company has the documents and evidence it will need if the problem reaches the courts.
