Who is responsible for your data

This website belongs to Martins Advocacia Empresarial, with offices at Avenida Carneiro Leão, 135, Centro Empresarial Europa, Suite 402, in Maringá, Paraná, Brazil, which is responsible (the controller, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law, the LGPD) for the personal data processed here.

What data we receive

In the form on the contact page: name, email, WhatsApp number, area of interest and message. When you submit it, this information reaches the firm by email.
When you message us on WhatsApp, call or send an email: your name, your number or email address and whatever you write.
While you browse: the server records technical data about each visit (IP address, browser, date and page opened), used only for security and to keep the website running.
With your consent: Google Analytics measures statistically how the website is used (pages viewed, visit duration, approximate city and type of device) by means of cookies.

How we use it

To reply to your message, schedule consultations and meetings, provide the legal services you hire and comply with legal obligations. The Google Analytics figures are used to improve the website, without identifying who visited.

The legal basis is your consent, when you contact us or accept cookies; the performance of the contract or of the preliminary discussions you requested; compliance with legal obligations; and the regular exercise of rights in judicial, administrative or arbitration proceedings.

Professional confidentiality

What you tell us about your case is protected by attorney confidentiality, as provided in the Brazilian Statute of the Legal Profession (Law 8,906/1994), and is used only to serve you.

Who we share data with

Martins Advocacia Empresarial does not sell or rent your data. It only passes through services required for the website and our service to work:

Hosting and email: the website and the firm's email are kept on contracted servers, which store messages and technical access logs.
WhatsApp (Meta): when you choose to talk on WhatsApp, the message follows WhatsApp's own privacy rules.
Google Analytics: receives browsing data and only sets cookies after you accept.
Google Maps: the map on the contact page is provided by Google and only loads after you accept or when you click to see it.
Public authorities and the courts: when required by law or by the proceedings themselves.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. This website uses:

Necessary: your cookie choice is stored in your browser so the notice does not appear on every page. It does not identify you.
Statistics (Google Analytics): Google cookies, such as _ga, which last up to two years. They are only set if you accept.
Map (Google Maps): Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.

How long we keep it

correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;

information about whom the data was shared with;
